As part of its mandate to promote Canadian music, musicians, and composers, London Pro Musica has established a biennial competition for student composers, which is open to all undergraduate and graduate students (full-time or part-time) currently registered in the Don Wright Faculty of Music at the University of Western Ontario. The prizes are $1000.00 for first and $500.00 for second. Watch for details on the 2008-2009 competition in early March 2008.
